কেউ বোঝে না যে একলা মেয়ে মানে সুযোগ নয়,,,,,, দায়িত্ব।
একটি মেয়ে কলেজ থেকে বিকেলে টিউশান পড়ে বাড়ি ফিরছিল,
স্টেশনে এসে বুঝলো সে 8:30 টার ট্রেন মিস করেছে।
নেক্সট ট্রেন 9:10।
অর্থাৎ বাড়ি ফিরতে লেট হবে।
প্রথমবার এরকম হল।
আর পাঁচ মিনিট আগে আসলে হয়তো ট্রেনটা পেয়ে যেত।
যাই হোক পরের ট্রেনে
স্টেশনে নেমে মেয়েটি সোজা auto stand পৌছল।।
ঘড়ীর কাঁটা জানিয়ে দিল যে সে রাত 10 টায় পৌছিয়েছে।
চারিদিকে একটু নিস্তব্ধ।
ওখানে একটি ছেলে দাঁড়িয়েছিলো,
ভয়ে মেয়েটির হৃদস্পন্দন বাসায় ঘুমিয়ে থাকা কাক পক্ষিরাও টের পাচ্ছিল ।
আড় চোখে দেখল ছেলেটি তাকে লক্ষ্য করেছে।
উঃ 5 মিনিট হল অটোর কোন দেখা নেই
যা ভেবেছিল সেটাই হল। ছেলেটি তার দিকে এগিয়ে আসছে ।
পরবর্তী সেই ভয়ংকর পরিনতির কথা ভেবে
সে আর তাকাতে পারছিল না
ছেলেটির কন্ঠস্বরে তার চোখ খুলল – বোন তুমি সুযোগ নও, আমার দায়িত্ব ।
আর যতক্ষণ না তুমি কোন গাড়ী পাচ্ছো
আমি তোমাকে ছেড়ে কোথাও যাবো না
don’t worry.
এক auto ওয়ালা যাচ্ছিল
মেয়েটিকে একলা একটা ছেলের সাথে
দেখে
তৎখনাত auto থামিয়ে জিজ্ঞেস করে
– কোথায় যাবেন ম্যাডাম ??
–আসুন
auto অটোতে বসে পড়লো।
রাস্তায় auto ওয়ালা
বলল
– তুমি আমার মেয়ের মতো
“এত রাতে তোমায় একা দেখে auto দাড় করালাম।
.
.
আজ কাল সময় খুব খারাপ
“কেউ বোঝেনা যে একলা মেয়ে মানে
সুযোগ নয়,,,,,, দায়িত্ব।”
মেয়েটি যেখানে থাকত
সেই এরিয়া চলে এসেছে।
মেয়েটিauto থেকে নেমে পড়লে
auto ওয়ালা চলে যায়।
কিন্তু এখনও মেয়েটিকে
দুটো অন্ধকার গলি দিয়ে যেতে হবে ।
তখন একজন সাইকেল চালিয়ে যাচ্ছিল ।
মনে হয় সেও কাজ
সেরে বাড়ী ফিরছে।
মেয়েটিকে একলা দেখে বলল – ” এসো! আমি তোমায় ঘর পর্যন্ত ছেড়ে দিচ্ছি ”
একটি টর্চ নিয়ে
অন্ধকার গলি তে মেয়েটির সাথে চলতে থাকল।

মেয়েটি ঘরে পৌছাল।
আজ কারো মেয়ে,
বোন সু✔ সুরক্ষিত
ভাবে ঘরে পৌছোল ।
আমার ভারতবর্ষ এখনও
খুজে চলেছে
এরকম তিন জন মানুষ –
1.) সেই ছেলেটি যে
auto stand এ মেয়েটির সাথে ছিল।
2) সেই auto ওয়ালা ।

আর,
3) সাইকেল চালক।
.
যে দিন এই তিন
জনকে পাওয়া যাবে ।
.
সে দিন আমার ভারতে
রেপ হওয়া বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।
.
তখনি হবে আচ্ছা দিন।।
